SHIPPING POLICY
At ASPIRE, we offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied. We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ASPIRE. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, excluding shipping costs, once we receive the returned product. If you would like to exchange a product, we will ship the new item to you free of charge. Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
